Job Title: Program Assistant

Status: Full-time or Part-time

Summary: Responsible for the daily maintenance of sites including, but not limited to acquiring facility permits, communicating with Site Directors and Clinicians, and maintaining the highest level of service to United States Youth Volleyball League participants, vendors and stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Obtain facility permits.
· Recruit Site Directors and hire Clinicians.
· Responsible for communicating with the Site Directors and Clinicians.
· Reports to Director of Development, providing daily status updates.
· Obtain school district flyer approval.
· Maintain accurate site information.
· Create flyers and reports as needed.
· Other duties will be assigned.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities needed.

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities

· Excellent writing and verbal skills.
· Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
· Computer literate; type 30 to 40+ wpm; basic data entry skills with high accuracy.
· Resourceful, organized, self-motivated, positive attitude and good time management skills.
· Ability to meet deadlines and create reports.
· Efficient multi-tasking ability, attention to detail and thoroughness.
· Valid California driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance coverage.
· Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted, up to 50 pounds assisted.

Education and/or Experience

· Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.

Position: Clinician, Volleyball Instructor

Job Description:

The Clinician will be working with kids, ages 7-14, in a fun environment. Will demonstrate proper volleyball fundamentals, direct parent volunteer coaches how to perform volleyball drills and run the game days and inter-site game days. All training and support is provided.

Qualifications:

· Experience playing volleyball at the club, high school, college or higher level.
· Must be reliable, positive and enthusiastic.
· Coaching experience is a plus.

Compensation: Depends on length of season.
