USYVL’s summer league season recently concluded. It was another great season of fun and volleyball in sites across the country from California and Washington to Illinois and Pennsylvania. We have seen tremendous growth in our summer programs and the progress at these sites has led to more fun and more volleyball in communities across the country. In just our second summer season in Lake Tahoe, California, the league continues to grow. USYV’s mission is to provide every child between the ages of 7 and 15 the chance to learn and play volleyball in a fun, safe, and supervised environment. It has been a rewarding experience to see the growth in leagues like our Lake Tahoe program and others across the country. A large amount of the credit goes to our wonderful volunteers and volleyball coaches who have worked to build new programs into thriving leagues in just a year’s time. USYVL programs run on the enthusiasm and energy from our parents and volunteers. A special thank you to our volunteer Site Directors and dedicated volleyball instructors for helping our Lake Tahoe participants enjoy fun, action, skill development, and learn the importance of teamwork during the league season. A special thank you to all of our summer league participants and volunteers. You made this one of the best summer seasons for USYVL. We hope to see many of you soon at another USYVL program. While the summer is coming to close, there is still time for you to register for one of our fall programs. Registration is open until September 1 at midnight. Do not miss the opportunity to have fun and play volleyball with your friends, brothers, sisters, and family members. Come make fun memories with USYVL.
